Key Responsibilities:
- Design and build IVR and voice flows within Amazon Connect
- Take ownership of the AWS contact centre platform, driving best practice and improvements

- Gather and translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
- Work closely with internal teams and nearshore partners to deliver solutions
- Support and influence vendor/partner engagement, including capability discussions
- Contribute to the overall Amazon Connect strategy and roadmap
- Ensure solutions are robust, scalable, and aligned with AWS best practices
Key Skills:
- Proven experience building and delivering solutions in Amazon Connect
- Strong hands-on experience with IVR / voice flow development
- Experience working within AWS environments (Lambda, Lex, etc. beneficial)
- Ability to operate as both a developer and technical lead
- Experience gathering requirements and translating into technical delivery
- Comfortable working in a client-facing / stakeholder environment
- Someone who can bring ideas, structure, and leadership, not just delivery

I’m working with a business who are building out their AWS contact centre capability and are looking for an experienced Amazon Connect Developer to take ownership of designing and developing voice solutions. This is a hands-on role with a strong element of thought leadership, where you’ll be shaping how Amazon Connect is used across the business, while also getting into the detail of building and delivering voice flows.
