Key Responsibilities:

  • System Maintenance & Updates
  • Apply Windows OS patches and security updates to Alvaria Aspect servers.
  • Perform database updates and schema changes as required.
  • Install and configure Alvaria Aspect software updates and hotfixes.
  • Testing & Validation
  • Conduct comprehensive system testing post-update to ensure functionality and stability.
  • Validate integrations and confirm that all services are operational after changes.
  • Document test results and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Troubleshooting & Support
  • Diagnose and resolve issues related to Alvaria Aspect components.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and vendors for escalated support.

Alvaria Aspect Engineer to manage and maintain our Alvaria Aspect platform. This role is critical for ensuring system stability, security, and performance through timely updates and thorough testing. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills in Windows environments, database management, and software lifecycle processes.
