Summary: This role seeks a candidate with over 6 years of Alteryx experience to manage data conversion projects involving Oracle Fusion and SAP S/4HANA. The individual will be responsible for defining file ingestion standards, overseeing Alteryx workflows, and ensuring data integrity through various controls. Proficiency in Oracle HCM and SAP SuccessFactors is also required. The position is remote, allowing for flexibility in work arrangements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and enforce file ingestion standards for Oracle Fusion/Oracle HCM outputs (file structure, naming, object mapping, and metadata) aligned to the data object inventory.
  • Architect and oversee Alteryx ingestion workflows to load Oracle Fusion and HCM data files into staging with full auditability and traceability.
  • Establish and govern file-level and data-level controls, including completeness checks, schema validation, and reconciliations between Oracle and extracted data.
  • Define the data profiling framework (completeness, validity, consistency) and validate outputs across all in-scope objects and domains.
  • Lead issue resolution with GTS and business SMEs and own final deliverables (profiling reports, issue logs, reconciliation documentation, findings presentation).
