Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain advanced Alteryx workflows for data transformation, preparation, validation, and automation
- Use SQL to extract, query, and analyze large datasets
- Develop automated and self-service analytics solutions
- Build Power BI dashboards, reports, and data visualizations
- Perform data validation and peer review SQL/reporting solutions
- Analyze trends and translate complex data into clear business insights
- Gather requirements and independently execute analytics projects from discovery through delivery
- Support predictive analytics and advanced modeling initiatives
Required Skills
- 3+ years of hands-on Alteryx experience
- Strong experience building complex Alteryx workflows
- 3+ years of SQL experience with large datasets
- 2+ years of Power BI, including DAX, Power Query, and data modeling
- Strong data transformation, validation, and analytical skills
- Ability to communicate findings to non-technical stakeholders
- Bachelor s degree in a related field
Preferred
- Python or R/RStudio
- Predictive analytics, statistical modeling, machine learning, or data mining
- HR, People, Workforce, or Talent Analytics experience
- Workday, Cornerstone, Qualtrics, VNDLY, or ServiceNow experience
