Summary: The Alteryx Consultant is tasked with data analytics and insights across key operational areas, advising business partners by scoping requirements and providing insights on performance indicators. This role involves managing Tableau dashboards and serving as a point of contact for data requests from stakeholders. The consultant will work within a fast-paced analytics team, utilizing various analytical tools to support business strategies and generate actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leverage data and analytical tools to advance business strategies and support internal partners.
  • Perform in-depth analyses using Tableau, Power BI, SQL, Alteryx, Excel, and advanced analytics techniques.

  • Support the implementation of analytical recommendations and validate production performance.

Key Skills:

  • Master's degree preferred in finance, decision sciences, business, or analytical disciplines.
  • Four plus years of experience in quantitative analyses, preferably in multi-location healthcare.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products, including Outlook, Excel, PPT, and Word.
  • Advanced analytic experience with Microsoft SQL, Alteryx, and Tableau.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects with limited supervision.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional verbal and communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to interpret data and recommend actionable strategies.

The Alteryx Consultant is responsible for data analytics and insights across key operational areas of the client's portfolio. Will play an important role in helping to advise business partners by scoping business requirements and then providing insights on key performance indicators. This position will be instrumental in successful managing multiple Tableau operational dashboards and helping to provide leadership with findings and recommendations. Will join a fast-paced analytics team and assist in serving as a front door for data/analysis requests from business stakeholders, vetting data availability, writing business requirements and building Tableau dashboards with supporting tools.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties and tasks may be assigned.

  • The Senior Analyst is responsible for leveraging data and analytical tools to advance business strategies, generate actionable insights and support internal business partners.
  • Performs in-depth analyses utilizing a combination of Tableau, Power BI, SQL, Alteryx, Excel and advanced analytics techniques with limited supervision.
  • Partners with project owners across departments to define business problems and utilizes creative/critical problem solving for resolution.
  • Collaborates with other members of the team and across the organization to optimize analytical results and create deeper insights and consensus of solution.
  • Provides integral support with the implementation of analytical recommendations and is expected to validate production performance and report on results.
  • Participates in team concepts and promote a team effort; performs duties in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Develop Tableau dashboards that trend key performance metrics and visually tell a story through data insights.
  • Regular and reliable attendance is required for the job.

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Master s degree preferred; degree in finance, decision sciences, business or another analytical disciplines strongly preferred.
  • Four plus (4+) years of experience performing in depth and quantitative analyses with multi location healthcare preferred; other relevant experience will be considered; previous dialysis experience a strong plus.
  • Proficient with all Microsoft Office products, including Outlook, Excel, PPT and Word.
  • Advanced analytic experience required; Microsoft SQL, Alteryx, and Tableau.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities with limited supervision.
  • Thrives in a fast paced, results-oriented team environment and exhibits curiosity and a strong attention to detail.

Rate: $80/hour (depends on experience level). This is a contract position with candidates expected to work 40 hours/ week.
