Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement customer journeys and segmentation using AJO and RTCDP
- Develop and manage audience strategy, profiling, and data ingestion
- Integrate activation channels and optimize customer data processes

- Generate reports, dashboards, and provide actionable insights to marketing teams
- Provide training and documentation for clients and internal teams
Key Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with Adobe AJO and RTCDP
- At least one full AEP implementation with AJO & RTCDP
- Strong in audience modeling, journey orchestration, and activation strategies
- Adobe AEP/AJO certifications or progress toward certification
- Excellent verbal communication and client-facing skills
