Key Responsibilities:
- Review and evaluate AI-generated outputs related to airfield operations, ground logistics, and aviation safety.
- Provide detailed feedback and corrections to improve accuracy and real-world operational relevance.
- Ensure AI responses align with FAA/ICAO regulations, safety protocols, and airfield compliance standards.
- Create, validate, and update training content covering runway operations, aircraft movement, weather impacts, and emergency procedures.
- Work with ML engineers and content teams to refine annotation standards and improve data quality.
- Identify outdated practices, incorrect assumptions, and operational inconsistencies in AI-generated material.
- Promote best practices in airfield operations and ground safety across project deliverables.
Key Skills:
- Hands-on experience in airfield operations (e.g., Airfield Operations Specialist, Airport Operations Officer, Ramp Controller, or similar).
- Strong understanding of runway safety, aircraft movement control, and regulatory compliance (FAA/ICAO).
- Familiarity with NOTAMs, ARFF coordination, FOD prevention, airfield inspections, and airport operational systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
- Detail-oriented mindset with strong focus on safety, accuracy, and compliance.
