Key Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in information technology discipline or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum three years of experience in DevOps or SRE roles, with a focus on automation, observability, and cloud-native technologies.
- Experience working with and integrating AIOps platforms and tools.
- Strong understanding of observability principles, practices, and platforms (e.g., Splunk, Datadog, New Relic, Prometheus, Grafana).
- Practical knowledge of AI Foundry and AI agent technologies (focus on configuration and integration, not necessarily coding).
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python or Bash for automation tasks.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code (IaC) tools.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with different teams.
