AIOps Consultant

Summary: The AIOps Consultant role focuses on driving the adoption and implementation of AIOps within the Managed Services practice. The position requires integrating AIOps solutions with existing observability platforms and enhancing automation within the DevOps pipeline. The consultant will enable engineering and operations teams to leverage AI-driven insights and implement observability standards across systems. Strong collaboration and communication skills are essential for effective teamwork across various departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive the adoption and implementation of AIOps within the Managed Services practice.
• Integrate AIOps solutions with existing observability platforms.
• Enhance automation within the DevOps pipeline.
• Enable engineering and operations teams to leverage AI-driven insights.
• Work with AI Foundry and intelligent agents for configuration and integration.
• Implement observability standards across systems.
• Improve automated processes for incident management and performance optimization.

Key Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in information technology discipline or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum three years of experience in DevOps or SRE roles, with a focus on automation, observability, and cloud-native technologies.
• Experience working with and integrating AIOps platforms and tools.
• Strong understanding of observability principles, practices, and platforms (e.g., Splunk, Datadog, New Relic, Prometheus, Grafana).
• Practical knowledge of AI Foundry and AI agent technologies (focus on configuration and integration, not necessarily coding).
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python or Bash for automation tasks.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code (IaC) tools.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with different teams.
