Summary: The AIML Lead will collaborate with data architecture, engineering, and analytics teams to implement machine learning solutions that address business challenges. This role is situated within the Data Analytics Center of Excellence, focusing on fostering a data-driven culture and enabling impactful insights. The position requires expertise in Dataiku and Azure ML, along with strong leadership and communication skills to guide data scientists and development teams. The AIML Lead will also drive thought leadership on advanced analytics governance and lead process improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leverage deep expertise in Dataiku and Azure ML to support business data scientists in defining, developing, tuning, and deploying ML models.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to data scientists and development teams on ML best practices from ideation to deployment.
- Serve as an Advanced Analytics Product Owner, identify and prioritize new ML use cases, track progress and risks, and coordinate resolution efforts.
- Drive thought leadership on Advanced Analytics governance, including ethical and legal guidelines.
- Build, validate, and implement predictive models in support of strategic initiatives or AI/ML proof of concepts, clearly presenting findings to stakeholders.
- Analyze current data-related processes and lead process improvement initiatives.

- Bachelor's degree with 7 years of relevant experience.
- Proven ability to lead complex technical projects and collaborate across all levels of IT and business.
- Strong project leadership and organizational skills with experience delivering high-impact technical solutions.
