Summary: The AI Test Engineer role is a remote, 6-week contract position focused on automated testing for Microsoft Dynamics and Power Platform solutions. The successful candidate will work with a digital agency supporting a multinational Consumer Goods company in developing an AI data platform. Responsibilities include writing and executing test cases, maintaining automation frameworks, and applying best practices in testing. Candidates must have experience in both manual and automated testing, particularly in AI solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Automated testing of Microsoft Dynamics & Power Platform solutions.
- Writing and executing manual test cases as required.
- Maintenance and evolution of testing frameworks and automation test suites.
- Applying best practice standards in testing processes.
- Integrating AI capabilities into testing and automation.
- Developing automated functional tests for UI, API, and DB layers.
Key Skills:
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in manual and automated testing.
- ISTQB Certification (Foundation or Advanced).
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics and Power Platform solutions.
- Familiarity with test and bug management tools, ideally Azure Dev Ops (ADO).
- Hands-on experience with API testing.
- Experience in test automation frameworks design, implementation, and maintenance.
- Knowledge of Behavioural Driven Development (BDD), Test-Driven Development (TDD), or Acceptance Test-Driven Development (ATDD) methodologies.

AI Test Engineer Remote 6 week contract Outside IR35 £400pd - £420pd iO are working with an established and rapidly growing Digital agency in their search for 2 AI Testers They work with global technology leaders to provide digital transformation services to a number of customers in industries including not-for-profit, financial services and the pubic sector This specific project is supporting a multinational Consumer Goods company who are building a new AI data platform You will be responsible for automated testing of Microsoft Dynamics & Power Platform solutions, as well as writing and executing manual test cases where required too. You will be involved in the maintenance and evolution of frameworks and automation test suites, applying best practice standards to all you do You must have knowledge and exposure to the capabilities of AI, how it can be used to benefit testing and automated testing as well as how to carry out testing of AI solutions and the ability to integrate that into an automation capability Must have experience in testing one or more of the following: Minimum of 3 years' experience in both manual and automated testing at all levels ISTQB Certification (Foundation or Advanced) Manual and automated testing of Microsoft Dynamics and Power Platform solutions Familiar with test and bug management tools and processes, ideally Azure Dev Ops (ADO) Hands-on experience with API testing Experience with test automation frameworks design, implementation and maintenance Must have worked on Behavioural Driven Development (BDD) or Test-Driven Development (TDD) or Acceptance Test-Driven Development (ATDD) methodology Ability to develop automated functional tests, which exercise the UI, API and DB layers.
