AI Solution Engineer

Whitehall Resources are currently looking for an AI Solution Engineer.

Key Requirements:

– To design, develop, deploy, govern, and continuously improve enterprise AI, Generative AI, Agentic AI, Machine Learning, and Intelligent Automation solutions across the organization.
– The Senior AI Engineer is accountable for building scalable AI platforms, AI agents, RAG architectures, LLM powered applications, ML Ops capabilities, and AI governance frameworks.
– The role is also accountable for building and maintaining AI ready data foundations through modern Data Engineering practices, ensuring trusted, governed, scalable, and reusable data products within the enterprise Lakehouse architecture using Databricks, Fabric, and Azure technologies.
– Design and build AI solutions.
– KPI (Qualitative): AI solutions delivered for approved use cases with documented design and controls.
– Support model and solution validation.
– KPI (Qualitative): AI solutions validated with clear evaluation results and business acceptance.
– Integrate AI into business workflows.
– KPI (Qualitative): AI capabilities integrated into practical workflows and adopted by users.
– Maintain and improve AI solutions.
– KPI (Qualitative): AI solution issues resolved and enhancements delivered based on feedback.
– Follow responsible AI and data governance requirements.

Key Experience:

– 10+ years in Data Engineering, AI/ML, Generative AI, Agentic AI, NLP, Analytics, and Enterprise Solution Delivery.
– Min 3 years in Azure Databricks stack (Unity Catalog, Databricks Genie, Databricks Mosaic AI, Foundational LLM Models, Lakebase, Delta Tables, SQL, Model Serving, Databricks Auto ML, Databricks Apps/Agent Apps.
– Build strong cross functional ways of working across Data & AI, IT, Digital and business teams so delivery is aligned, practical and business-led.
– Keep the internal and external customer experience at the center of data, analytics and AI delivery, with focus on reliable outcomes and decision support.
– Continuously build capability in modern data, analytics and AI practices and actively share knowledge with peers and business users.
– Apply structured problem solving to simplify complex data, process and technology issues and remove barriers to execution.
– Identify practical opportunities to improve business performance using modern data platforms, analytics, automation, GenAI and embedded AI capabilities.
– Adjust priorities and delivery approach in a dynamic business environment while maintaining governance, quality and business continuity.
– Develop AI assistants, agents, prompts, retrieval flows and evaluation methods.
– Build and integrate models, APIs, workflows and data driven solution components.
– Create test cases, evaluate AI outputs and document accuracy, limitations and risks.
– Connect AI solutions with data platforms, applications, APIs and business workflows.
– Arabic & English preferred.
– Certifications in AI/ML, cloud, Databricks, Azure or software engineering are desirable.
