Key Responsibilities:
- Drive QA change across large organizations or complex technology environments.
- Build agentic AI systems, QA agents, and AI testing frameworks.
- Design scalable automation frameworks and improve automated testing integration into the SDLC.
- Collaborate with developers, engineering teams, product owners, and senior stakeholders.
- Utilize modern QA automation tools such as Python, Playwright, Cypress, and Selenium.
- Assess current QA processes to identify opportunities for AI and automation improvements.
- Manage stakeholder relationships across technical and business teams.
- Lead as a senior QA AI lead, focusing on strategic QA initiatives.
- Support AI transformation and GenAI initiatives.

AI QA Lead - Agentic AI - QA Automation - Investment Management/Private Equity Key Skills:
- Strong QA/Quality Engineering leadership background, with experience driving QA change across large organisations or complex technology environments
- Proven experience building agentic AI systems, QA agents, AI testing frameworks or AI-led automation tooling for software testing and quality engineering
- Strong test automation experience, including designing scalable automation frameworks and improving how automated testing is Embedded into the SDLC
- Experience working closely with developers, engineering teams, product owners and senior stakeholders to improve engineering culture and raise QA standards
- Hands-on or leadership experience across modern QA automation tooling such as Python, Playwright, Cypress, Selenium or similar technologies
- Experience working within Investment Management, Asset Management, Private Equity, Private Credit, Wealth Management or fund/investment platform environments
- Ability to assess current QA processes and identify where AI, automation and tooling can reduce manual testing effort and improve release quality
- Strong stakeholder management and leadership capability, able to work across technical, business and senior leadership teams
- Comfortable operating as a senior QA AI lead rather than a pure manual testing or QA execution resource
