Key Responsibilities:
- Lead program planning and execution across multiple teams, including scope, milestones, dependencies, risks, and delivery timelines
- Drive cross-functional alignment and decision-making with engineering, product, operations, and other partners
- Coordinate implementation of technology solutions, particularly in automation, AI, or advanced system infrastructure domains
- Establish and maintain program reporting, documentation, and operating rhythms (e.g., status updates, retrospectives, stakeholder reviews)
- Manage risks, issues, and tradeoffs; propose mitigation plans and escalate when appropriate
- Use project and issue tracking systems to maintain transparent execution and accountability
- Identify process gaps and recommend improvements based on data, stakeholder feedback, and best practices
- Support change management and adoption planning to ensure successful rollout and measurable outcomes

- Experience leading medium/large scale technology solution implementation, specifically within automation, AI, or advanced system infrastructure domains.

Compensation: The estimated pay range for this position is USD $100/Hr - USD $127.00/Hr.
