Key Responsibilities:

- Establish and maintain program reporting, documentation, and operating rhythms (e.g., status updates, retrospectives, stakeholder reviews)
- Manage risks, issues, and tradeoffs; propose mitigation plans and escalate when appropriate
- Use project and issue tracking systems to maintain transparent execution and accountability
- Identify process gaps and recommend improvements based on data, stakeholder feedback, and best practices
- Support change management and adoption planning to ensure successful rollout and measurable outcomes

Compensation: The estimated pay range for this position is USD $100/Hr - USD $127.00/Hr.
