AI Program Manager

Duration - 5 Month Contract (possibiliyt for extension or FT conversion)

Location - 100% Remote (MST hours)

Pay Rate - $80-90/Hour

Responsibilities:

• Define and lead the vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI adoption across the organization, ensuring alignment with key business priorities.


• Collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams to identify and prioritize AI opportunities that enhance efficiency, service delivery, and user engagement.


• Work closely with stakeholders and product managers to guide the design, development, and deployment of AI solutions.


• Provide expert guidance and support on AI-related initiatives, including technology selection, data governance, and responsible AI practices.


• Stay informed about advancements in AI technologies, including generative AI, and offer strategic advice on their responsible and effective application.


• Develop and enforce processes for AI project assessment, approval, testing, and monitoring to ensure alignment with organizational goals and ethical AI principles.


• Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and policies related to AI development and deployment.


• Contribute to the creation and refinement of AI-related policies and frameworks to address emerging challenges and opportunities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor s degree in computer science, data science, or a related discipline.


• Over 5 years of experience in artificial intelligence, including expertise in machine learning, deep learning, natural language processing, and computer vision.


• At least 5 years of experience in a leadership role with a proven track record of developing and executing strategic initiatives.


• Strong experience in defining product vision, strategy, and roadmaps.


• Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including engineers, data scientists, and business stakeholders.


• Background in product or program management, particularly with technology or AI-driven products.


• Experience in the public sector or working with government agencies is a plus.
