Responsibilities
Develop MCP Servers exposing SharePoint and Azure AI Search capabilities to AI agents.
Build SharePoint and Microsoft Graph ingestion pipelines for documents, emails and attachments.
Design and implement RAG and agentic AI workflows using Azure OpenAI.
Deliver hybrid search solutions combining semantic and vector retrieval.
Implement secure, permission-aware access controls using Entra ID and OAuth.
Produce production-ready solutions including testing, CI/CD, logging and documentation.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a junior engineer.
Essential Skills & Experience
MCP server development and AI agent tooling
Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Search, RAG and prompt engineering
SharePoint Online and Microsoft Graph API
Hybrid semantic/vector search
Enterprise API development and document processing
Azure (Functions and/or Container Apps)
Entra ID and OAuth/OIDC- CI/CD, testing and production support
Software engineering experience, ideally using Python and/or C#/.
