Key Responsibilities:
- Design, build, and maintain agentic workflows and autonomous systems

Key Skills:
- Strong software development skills with proficiency in Python or similar languages
- Practical prompt engineering & prompt lifecycle management (versioning, regression testing)

- Familiarity with orchestration frameworks (e.g., LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI, or similar)
- Solid understanding of AI/ML concepts, including LLMs and prompt engineering
- Hands-on experience with cloud platform AWS
- Knowledge of APIs, microservices, and system integration
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

Must Have:
Demonstrated experience engineering RAG pipelines and building chatbot applications using LLMs.
Familiarity with semantic search and embedding models, including OpenSearch and FAISS.
Hands-on experience with MLOps practices, including model training, deployment, monitoring, and lifecycle management.
Proficiency with AWS services including SageMaker, Bedrock, Lambda, ECS, EKS, and Step Functions.
Software engineering experience, with a strong focus on Python or GoLang.
Nice To Have:
Awareness of data privacy and compliance best practices (e.g., secure model deployment, PII handling).
Experience with AWS Step Functions for orchestrating AI workflows.
Hands-on experience fine-tuning large language models for domain-specific tasks.
