Summary: The role of AI/ML Engineer involves building and orchestrating production-ready AI agents for a marketing company. Key Responsibilities:
- Build and orchestrate production-ready AI agents using LangGraph and similar frameworks, integrating robust retrieval and hybrid search pipelines
- Design and implement structured outputs with JSON schema, function/tool calling, and validation guardrails to ensure reliability and safety
- Develop evaluation harnesses and observability systems (offline and online) to monitor, test, and optimize model performance
- Drive innovation by staying at the forefront of AI/LLM advancements and applying emerging best practices to real-world applications
- Work across the stack, including vector databases, SQL, CI/CD pipelines, and monitoring infrastructure, to deliver scalable AI solutions
- Leverage modern AI copilots (Cursor, Claude Code, Microsoft Copilot) for rapid prototyping and efficient coding, building real-time intuition for model capabilities and constraints
Key Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, or similar
- Previous AI/ML engineering experience
- Experience shipping production agentic systems end-to-end
- Knowledge of deep hands-on with orchestration frameworks
- Familiar with tool/function calling and evaluation/observability
- Organized, analytical, with keen attention to detail
