RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking an AI Governance & Enablement Lead in Alviso, CA.

Overview:
The AI Governance & Enablement Lead is responsible for driving enterprise-wide adoption, awareness, and effective use of AI tools, including Microsoft 365 Copilot and the company's Internal AI Chat Platform. This role is highly proactive and change-oriented, focused on enabling people and driving behavior change rather than building or coding technology.

Serving as a key member of the AI Governance core team, this role helps establish standards, best practices, and a Center of Excellence to ensure AI tools are used responsibly, effectively, and at scale.

Key responsibilities include leading adoption initiatives across 12,000+ users, designing and delivering AI training programs reaching 20,000+ colleagues, and acting as the primary engagement lead for AI enablement. The role owns user communications such as feature announcements, release notes, and usage guidance, and regularly presents to both executive and end-user audiences.

This leader hosts office hours, facilitates demos, and guides users to the right tools when Copilot or the Internal AI Chat Platform is not the best solution. They also support an AI user community, manage AI enablement content across SharePoint, and collaborate closely with business and product stakeholders.

This is not a technical role-no coding or AI model development is required.

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
