Key Responsibilities:
- Own the full stack: Build and ship product features across frontend (Next.js, Tailwind) and backend (Python, FastAPI, OpenSearch).
- Implement core user flows: chat interface, contextual document viewer, and right-click actions tied to model reasoning.
- Design and develop backend services to handle agentic orchestration, RAG pipelines, caching, and telemetry for user interactions.
- Work closely with the founder (technical) to iterate fast based on user feedback.
- Lay technical foundations for analytics, logging, and future LLM fine-tuning workflows.
Key Skills:
- 5+ years of experience in full stack development (senior engineer or equivalent skill level).
- Fluent in Next.js, Tailwind CSS, and modern React patterns.
- Proficient in Python, FastAPI, and working with OpenSearch or other search infrastructure.
- Experience integrating LLMs (OpenAI, Claude, open-source) and working with vector search/RAG.
