Required Skills & Experience
- 6+ years of AI, Machine Learning, Data Science, or AI Engineering experience
- Prior leadership experience managing technical teams
- Strong experience with Python and SQL
- Hands-on experience with Generative AI and LLMs
- Experience deploying machine learning solutions into production
- Databricks experience including MLflow and model deployment
- Strong communication and client-facing skills
- Experience designing scalable AI architectures
Desired Skills & Experience
- R programming experience
- Azure ML, AWS SageMaker, or Google Cloud Platform Vertex AI
- LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI, or similar frameworks
