Summary: The role of AI Engineer involves leading the development of generative AI tools with a focus on experimental solutions. Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and improve web API built with FastAPI, deployed on AWS.
- Collaborate on product roadmap focusing on data ingestion, UI enhancements, and agentic AI capabilities.
- Develop features to generate synthetic audiences based on existing data.
- Ensure robust design, testing, and deployment processes.
- Contribute to technical decisions around prompt engineering and generative AI solutions.
- Document processes and support agile project management activities.
- Engage in developing features related to sentiment analysis and synthetic audience creation.
Key Skills:
- Proven experience building applications with Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Strong proficiency in Python, with experience in FastAPI, asyncio, and SQLAlchemy.
- Experience managing AWS accounts and deploying applications via AWS Elastic Beanstalk.
- Ability to independently own the full feature development lifecycle.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and interdisciplinary teamwork.

What You'll Do:
- Maintain and improve our web API built with FastAPI, deployed on AWS.
- Collaborate on the product roadmap, focusing on data ingestion, UI enhancements, and exploring agentic AI capabilities.
- Develop innovative features to generate synthetic audiences based on existing data, demographics, and attitudes.
- Work alongside the team to ensure robust design, testing, and deployment processes.
- Contribute to technical decisions around prompt engineering, RAG, and generative AI solutions.
- Document processes and support agile project management activities.
- Engage in developing features related to sentiment analysis, data ingestion, and synthetic audience creation.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience building applications with Large Language Models (LLMs), including tool usage and information retrieval.
- Strong proficiency in Python, with hands-on experience using FastAPI, asyncio, and SQLAlchemy.
- Experience managing AWS accounts and deploying applications via AWS Elastic Beanstalk.
- Ability to independently own the full feature development lifecycle-from design to deployment.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and working effectively within small, interdisciplinary teams.
