Role responsibility
You will be responsible for gathering business requirements, identifying automation opportunities, and designing, developing, and deploying AI-powered Copilot agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio and Azure AI.
You will act as the bridge between business and technology teams, translating requirements into scalable AI solutions, integrating enterprise systems and APIs, managing testing and production deployments, monitoring adoption and performance, providing user training and support, and ensuring governance, documentation, and continuous improvement of AI solutions.

- 5+ years Engineering experience.
- Experience with Co-Pilot Studio.
- Business Analysis experience.
- Stakeholder management experience.
- Experience running workshops.
- Strong AI knowledge.
- AI solution deployment experience.
- Azure AI / Azure OpenAI / Similar enterprise platform.
- Python / PowerShell or similar tool for coding/scripting.
