Summary: The AI Engineer role at a Global Enterprise software client focuses on the development and deployment of AI-driven cash flow forecasting capabilities using Large Language Models and AWS-native AI services. The position aims to enhance financial automation and provide intelligent insights to customers, reducing their bookkeeping workload. The engineer will lead the design and implementation of AI solutions while collaborating with internal teams and external vendors. This fully remote contract position is set for a duration of 6 months.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, development, and productionisation of AI-driven cash flow forecasting models.
- Utilize Agentic AI to create intelligent bookkeeping solutions that provide financial insights in natural language.
- Implement AWS-native services such as Bedrock, ECS, S3, EC2, RDS, API Gateway, Code Pipeline, and SNS to optimize AI operations.
- Develop a system combining structured SQL execution with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) for contextual understanding.
- Ensure the integration of AI systems aligns with business strategies, improving customer experience and operational efficiency.
- Work alongside internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless adoption of AI solutions across product ranges.
- Provide regular updates on project progress, including epics, stories, and milestones.
- Explore potential funding opportunities and strategic partnerships to support AI adoption.
