We're looking for an AI Engineer to join a 100% AI-first organization building tools that drive real operational efficiency — not headcount reduction.
What you'll do:
- Design, build, and ship AI-powered tools and agentic workflows that make our teams and clients faster and sharper
- Work hands-on with modern AI development approaches — vibe coding, Claude Code, Codex, and agentic engineering practices
- Partner directly with leadership and clients to identify where AI creates genuine efficiency gains, not just automation for its own sake
Who we want:
- 5–10 years of hands-on engineering experience — real production work, not résumé padding
- Someone who can sit down and build, not just talk about building
- Fluency with current AI coding tools and agentic development workflows
- Genuine curiosity about how AI reshapes engineering practice, paired with the judgment to know where it should and shouldn't be applied
- A builder's mindset: you want to create tools that make people better at their jobs, not replace them
