Required Skills
- Minimum 2–3 years of specialized AI development experience in technology or software development using Visual Studio Code, Python, Selenium, Databricks, Co-pilot etc.
- Demonstrated expertise in developing solutions using Visual Studio Code, Python, and other programming languages to harness generative AI and large language models (LLMs).
- Develop AI tool/program to create technical requirements by leveraging current and past business user stories. Train and mentor assigned resources on effective AI utilization, including:
- Using AI to develop technical requirements from business user stories.
- Integrating AI with the current test automation framework to create test scripts.
- Propose AI-driven solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements and providing actionable recommendations.
- Document process changes using agreed standards, methods, and tools to maintain consistent, high-quality outputs.
- Design and implement automated solutions leveraging Visual Studio, Python, and generative AI.
- Integrate automation solutions with existing software systems and databases.
- Provide technical oversight and review work completed by other team members.
- Demonstrate professionalism, deliver quality service, and maintain a positive, collaborative attitude.
