Job Summary
We are looking for an AI Developer to support the development, configuration, testing, and quality assurance of AI Agent products. The ideal candidate should have strong problem-solving and documentation skills, exposure to ServiceNow/platform configuration, and experience with AI-enabled delivery and testing practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, configure, test, and enhance AI Agent products.
- Contribute to Technical Design Agents, Configuration (Config) Agents, and AI Testing/Quality Agents.
- Refine agent logic, prompts, workflows, and behaviors to improve accuracy, reliability, and usability.
- Perform peer reviews, smoke testing, troubleshooting, and defect resolution.
- Support AI-enabled delivery, configuration, testing, and quality practices.
- Document technical designs, configurations, testing results, issues, and resolutions.
- Collaborate with EMEA, APAC, and AMS teams in a fast-paced, pilot-driven environment.
- Analyze technical issues and provide effective solutions.
- Support AI Cloud Architecture and development activities when required.
Required Skills
- Experience in AI Development / AI Agent Development.
- Strong AI testing and quality assurance experience.
- Experience with prompt engineering, agent logic, and AI behavior refinement.
- Exposure to ServiceNow, platform configuration, or technical design concepts.
- Experience with peer reviews, smoke testing, troubleshooting, and debugging.
- Strong technical documentation and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively with globally distributed teams.

- Experience with AI Cloud Architecture and Development.
- ServiceNow development/configuration experience.
- Experience working in pilot/proof-of-concept AI initiatives.
