Key Responsibilities:
- Coach teams on AI delivery frameworks, agile methodologies, and best practices
- Support AI program planning, execution, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Facilitate collaboration between technical, business, and leadership teams
- Drive delivery excellence and operational efficiency across AI initiatives
- Assist in change management and AI adoption strategies
- Monitor project performance metrics and recommend improvements
- Conduct workshops, training sessions, and stakeholder meetings
Key Skills:
- 5+ years of experience in Agile coaching, delivery management, or transformation initiatives
- Experience supporting AI/ML programs or digital transformation projects
- Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, SAFe, or Lean methodologies
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working with cross-functional enterprise teams
