AI Data Analyst

Summary: The AI Data Analyst role involves supporting current-state analysis and developing an AI strategy blueprint for clients, particularly in the construction and engineering sectors. The position requires collaboration with various teams to define pilot scopes and success measures, as well as facilitating workshops and presentations. Ideal candidates will have significant experience in management consulting and a strong understanding of AI concepts. Excellent communication and storytelling skills are essential for presenting findings at the executive level.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support current-state analysis, stakeholder interviews, and data synthesis.
• Develop AI strategy blueprint, including use-case prioritization and pilot recommendations.
• Facilitate client workshops and executive presentations.
• Collaborate with data and technology teams to define pilot scope, KPIs, and success measures.
• Draft deliverables including AI Strategy Deck, Use Case Matrix, and Pilot Implementation Plan.

Key Skills:

• 6-10 years of experience in management consulting, digital transformation, or operational strategy.
• Experience in construction, engineering, or infrastructure sectors preferred.
• Strong knowledge of AI concepts (predictive analytics, workflow automation, data-driven decision-making).
• Prior work with Procore, Primavera, or BIM-based processes is a plus.
• Excellent storytelling and PowerPoint structuring skills (must present at executive level).
• Strategic analysis & problem solving (McKinsey-style hypothesis-driven approach).
• AI literacy - able to articulate business use cases, not deep coding.
• Business process mapping and KPI design.
• Executive communication & presentation development.
• Highly collaborative, able to work directly with CEO- and COO-level clients.
