  • Develop AI strategy blueprint, including use-case prioritization and pilot recommendations.
  • Facilitate client workshops and executive presentations.
  • Collaborate with data and technology teams to define pilot scope, KPIs, and success measures.
  • Draft deliverables including AI Strategy Deck, Use Case Matrix, and Pilot Implementation Plan.

Key Skills:

  • 6-10 years of experience in management consulting, digital transformation, or operational strategy.
  • Experience in construction, engineering, or infrastructure sectors preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of AI concepts (predictive analytics, workflow automation, data-driven decision-making).
  • Prior work with Procore, Primavera, or BIM-based processes is a plus.
