We are seeking an experienced AI Content Strategist (Writer.ai Specialist) with deep expertise in AI Tools experience to lead and deliver end-to-end enterprise transformation. You ll be working directly with client stakeholders to guide them through requirements, configuration, integration, and post-go-live support.
Job Description:
1. Deep Familiarity with the Writer.ai Platform
- Hands-on experience using Writer.ai for:
- Setting up and customizing AI agents
- Integrating knowledge bases, style guides, and glossaries
- Managing Palmyra LLMs (Writer s own language models)
- Using CoWrite, Styleguide, and Knowledge Graph features
- Experience in configuring and enforcing brand voice and tone consistency.
2. Content Strategy and Writing Expertise
- Background in enterprise-grade content creation (e.g., marketing, product, or UX writing).
- Skilled in governance: aligning content with compliance, legal, and editorial policies.
- Ability to create and manage style guides, tone rules, and controlled vocabularies.
3. Technical Proficiency (Optional but Valuable)
- Knowledge of APIs and integration capabilities with tools like Salesforce, CMS platforms, or Slack.
