Key Responsibilities:
- Assess current AI tools, workflows, processes, and organisational maturity
- Define and prioritise a practical AI implementation roadmap
- Design and implement AI-powered workflows and agents for business operations
- Advise on AI architecture, knowledge management, context and memory strategies
- Develop reusable prompt frameworks and best practices
- Enhance internal AI training and capability development programmes
- Lead practical workshops and knowledge-transfer sessions
- Establish governance, prioritisation, and programme management approaches
- Deliver documentation and recommendations to support long-term adoption
Key Skills:
- Extensive hands-on experience with modern LLM platforms (Claude, ChatGPT, APIs, agents)
- Proven track record building production-grade AI workflows and automations
