Summary: Looking for an AI Business Analyst with over 5 years of IT experience and strong AI build-out experience. The ideal candidate will assist in building out the AI Center of Excellence and serve as a bridge between business needs and technical teams. Healthcare or PBM domain experience is preferred but not required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather and document requirements for AI use cases.
- Facilitate workshops and stakeholder interviews.
- Support backlog creation and prioritization.
- Partner with delivery leads to ensure feasibility and ROI.
- Execute independently on medium-sized projects or as part of a team of BAs on large-sized or complex projects.
- Define and validate business needs with the project team.
- Participate in stakeholder analysis and identify subject matter experts needed for work effort.
- Plan overall business analysis approach and activities for projects including user acceptance testing.
- Prepare for, conduct, and document elicitation sessions.
- Manage requirements traceability to solution scope, objectives, system requirements, and testing.
- Adhere to business analysis discipline and standards in accordance with the Prime Project Lifecycle methodology.
Key Skills:
- At least 5+ years of BA or BSA experience.
- Strong experience with AI/ML product environment.
- Strong process mapping and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Familiarity with GenAI tools and experimentation frameworks.
- Bachelor's degree in business, IT, or related area of study, or equivalent combination of education and/or relevant work experience.
