Role Overview
We are seeking a hands-on AI Architect / Developer to design, develop, and deploy scalable, production-ready AI solutions. The ideal candidate will bridge AI architecture and software engineering, with strong experience in LLMs, ML systems, MLOps, APIs, and cloud infrastructure.
Key Skills & Requirements
- Strong experience designing scalable AI/ML architectures across cloud, hybrid, or on-prem environments.
- Expertise in LLMs, SLMs, traditional ML, and Transformer architectures.
- Strong Python and SQL skills; familiarity with C++ or Go is a plus.
- Hands-on experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, LangChain, and/or LlamaIndex.
- Experience with MLOps, CI/CD, MLflow, Kubeflow, and model monitoring.
- Strong API and data engineering experience with FastAPI/Flask, Airflow, Kafka, or Spark.
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, vector databases, RDBMS, and NoSQL.
- Knowledge of model optimization techniques including fine-tuning, quantization, and pruning.
- Strong understanding of AI security, data privacy, governance, and enterprise integration.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and leading/mentoring technical teams.
- Proven track record of delivering production-grade AI solutions with measurable business impact.
