AI Architect - Google Cloud Platform

Job Overview

We are seeking a hands-on AI Architect with strong experience in AI application architecture, data engineering, backend/runtime development, APIs, and cloud infrastructure. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience working on the data side and be ready to write production-quality code.

Primary Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable AI application architectures and backend/runtime services.
• Build and integrate APIs supporting AI applications, data services, and enterprise integrations.
• Work with session management, identity context, authentication, authorization, and secure service-to-service communication.
• Develop reliable solutions for delivering data and AI responses.
• Work hands-on with data pipelines, data processing, data integration, and backend data services.
• Write, review, debug, and maintain production-quality code.
• Design and implement cloud-native solutions using Google Cloud Platform and Kubernetes.
• Work with networking, DNS, load balancing, and private connectivity.
• Implement infrastructure automation using Terraform.
• Work with service accounts, secrets, and workload identity.
• Collaborate with engineering, data, AI/ML, and infrastructure teams.

Candidate Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience as an AI Architect, Software Architect, Cloud Architect, or similar role.
• Must have hands-on data-side experience.
• Must be capable of writing and reviewing production code, not architecture-only experience.
• Strong backend, API, cloud infrastructure, and distributed-systems experience.
• Experience taking AI/data solutions from architecture through implementation and production deployment.
