Required Qualifications
- Strong experience building and deploying AI/ML or LLM-powered applications in production environments.
- Advanced proficiency in Python and experience developing scalable software systems.
- Hands-on experience designing and implementing AI agents and agentic workflows.
- Experience working with LLM APIs, AI APIs, and tool/function calling.
- Experience with OpenAI technologies, ChatGPT, or comparable LLM platforms.
- Understanding of context management, prompt engineering, workflow orchestration, and multi-step agent execution.
- Experience integrating AI applications with enterprise APIs, databases, services, or other business systems.
- Strong understanding of AI/ML evaluation, testing, observability, and reliability engineering.
- Experience implementing AI safety mechanisms, guardrails, validation, and failure-handling strategies.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with LLM fine-tuning, RAG, embeddings, vector databases, or model optimization.
- Experience building multi-agent or tool-using AI systems.
- Familiarity with agent orchestration frameworks and modern AI engineering patterns.
- Experience with cloud platforms and deploying AI workloads at scale.
- Knowledge of MLOps, CI/CD, model monitoring, and production observability.
- Experience developing automated evaluation frameworks for LLMs and autonomous agents.
- Familiarity with responsible AI, security, privacy, and enterprise AI governance.
