Summary: The Agile Coach role involves partnering with Trainers and Coaches to implement foundational Agile practices within teams. The position requires working with multiple teams in focused engagements lasting up to twelve weeks, ensuring the application of baseline training and principles. The Agile Coach will assess team needs, design coaching plans, and facilitate lasting improvements in Agile methodologies. This is a freelance assignment aimed at enhancing team performance through effective coaching and training.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with Trainers and Coaches to embed foundational Agile elements into team practices.
- Support teams in applying baseline training through focused engagements of up to twelve weeks.
- Assess team needs and design measurable coaching plans.
- Guide teams in applying and sustaining Agile principles introduced during coaching.
- Reinforce and adapt concepts from initial training provided with dedicated Trainers.

Currenlty, I am looking for an Agile Coach within the strategic programme. You will partner with fellow Trainers and Coaches to embed the foundational elements into day-to-day team practices. You will enable the programme's baseline training by supporting the team(s) to put it into practice. You will work with multiple teams in focused engagements of up to twelve weeks, transitioning to new teams once each engagement concludes. During these periods, you will ensure the baseline foundations are executed, assess team needs, design measurable coaching plans and guide teams in applying and sustaining the principles introduced during your time with them. Your work will build on initial training you will co provide with the dedicated Trainers, ensuring concepts are reinforced, adapted and translated into lasting improvements.
