Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Reviews, and Retrospective.
  • Remove team impediments to ensure smooth sprint execution and continuous delivery.
  • Support Product Owner in backlog refinement, prioritization, and user story clarity.
  • Coach team members on Agile principles and foster a self-organizing, cross-functional environment.
  • Promote continuous improvement through regular retrospectives and actionable feedback.
