Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Reviews, and Retrospective.
- Remove team impediments to ensure smooth sprint execution and continuous delivery.
- Support Product Owner in backlog refinement, prioritization, and user story clarity.
- Coach team members on Agile principles and foster a self-organizing, cross-functional environment.
- Promote continuous improvement through regular retrospectives and actionable feedback.
- Shield the Scrum Team from external distractions and unplanned work.
- Ensure sprint goals are met by tracking progress using Agile metrics (e.g., velocity, burndown charts).
