Summary: We are seeking a proactive and organized Agile Scrum Master & Project Engineer to lead Agile delivery processes and support project execution across cross-functional teams. The role involves facilitating Scrum ceremonies, tracking project progress, removing blockers, coordinating stakeholders, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews.
  • Support project planning, scheduling, resource coordination, and execution activities.
  • Monitor sprint progress, project timelines, risks, and dependencies.
  • Work closely with Product Owners, developers, QA teams, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Remove impediments and help teams maintain productivity and Agile best practices.
  • Track and report project status, KPIs, sprint metrics, and delivery milestones.
  • Maintain project documentation, user stories, backlog updates, and action items.
  • Ensure adherence to Agile methodologies and continuous improvement practices.
  • Coordinate testing, deployment, and release management activities.
  • Support communication between technical and business teams.

Key Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and SDLC methodologies.
  • Experience using tools such as:
    • Jira
    • Confluence
    • Azure DevOps
    • Trello or similar project management tools
  • Knowledge of software development lifecycle and project delivery processes.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to manage cross-functional teams and stakeholder communication.
