We seek a Security-cleared (SC) Agile Project/Delivery Manager to join the team and lead key initiatives to enhance Agile capabilities and practices. The role is crucial in implementing, delivering, and improving practices across the teams to ensure successful, measurable delivery.:Role: SC Agile Delivery/Project ManagerJob Type: ContractRate: 600- 650 per dayIR35 Status: OutsideClearance: SC (or ability to undergo clearance)Start date: As soon as possible (6 months initially)Location: Fully UK remote (Once a month site visit - London)Essential skills and experience: Proven experience with Project, Programme and Portfolio Agile delivery Responsible for the end-to-end delivery through the Project life cycle in a security environment Senior leadership stakeholder experience (up to and including C-suite) Risk, Dependency and Issue Management Ability to manage resources in a matrix-managed environment Experienced with budgets (> 1M) and financial forecasting Continuous integration of user feedback to maintain secure and agile processes. Ability to facilitate and coordinate Steering Committees and Project Boards Business change and transformation experience Expertise in Agile methodologies and frameworks (particularly Agile, Lean, XP, etc.) Experienced with Quality Management and Quality Assurance Ability to coach, mentor and train other team members following Project best practices Act as the go-to person for Agile knowledge and best practice.Qualifications Project Management certification (i.e. PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) CISM/CISSP (not essential)Nice to have: Active Security Cleared (can potentially sponsor lapsed clearances) Any Change Management certifications (PROSCI etc.) Any experience/certification with AI SOC/SIEM experience is very beneficialAdditional Company InformationRightSource is an equal opportunities employer that promotes diversity, inclusion, and equality among all personnel.
