Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and facilitate all agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and demos.
- Work closely with the Product Manager to refine and manage the product backlog, ensuring requirements for corporate banking and account hierarchy are well-defined and prioritized.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to break down complex requirements into user stories and tasks.
- Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and manage dependencies to ensure timely delivery.
- Communicate project status, challenges, and successes to stakeholders and the wider team.
