Key Responsibilities:
- Guides development teams utilizing Agile software development principles to create and deliver software applications that meet business, client, and company goals
- Works with stakeholders to understand business problem statements and convert them into user stories
- Articulates product vision and user stories in a manner clearly understandable to development teams
- Manages backlog of user stories for one or more products
- Establishes user story acceptance criteria, accepts user stories, refines stories with Scrum teams
- Reviews and provides feedback on test plans to ensure application changes meet acceptance criteria
- Creates Sprint Release Plans with input from development teams
- Monitors the development progress and provides updates to stakeholders, as requested
- Applies Agile methods and processes to promote a disciplined project management process that encourages frequent inspection and adaptation of ongoing work product
- Leads planning and review meetings to communicate feedback on development achievements
- Align product goals with business strategy; define and communicate roadmap priorities
- Lead PI planning, manage ART backlogs, and apply lean-agile principles
- Oversee backlog intake, refinement, and delivery across the full lifecycle
- Collaborate across teams, drive alignment, and ensure transparency in decisions
- Understand ServiceNow capabilities and constraints to guide scalable, value-driven solutions
Key Skills:
- Bachelor's degree and three years of Fintech operational product experience/knowledge

- The Certified Scrum Product Owner professional certification is preferred, but not required

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
