Summary: The Agile PLM Business Analyst will support a leading semiconductor company by driving Product Lifecycle Management initiatives. Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with business stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze PLM requirements across engineering, manufacturing, quality, and supply chain functions.
- Support Agile PLM modules such as PC, PPM, PQM, ECO/Change Management, AML, and Documentation Control.
- Drive PLM configuration, workflow enhancements, and process optimizations based on business needs.
- Perform gap analysis, impact assessment, and solution recommendations for new features and process changes.
- Collaborate with technical teams for customization, integrations, and data migration activities.
- Support product releases, testing cycles (SIT/UAT), issue troubleshooting, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Develop functional design documents, process flows, SOPs, and user training materials.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Agile PLM support, enhancements, and best-practice guidance.
- Ensure PLM processes are aligned with regulatory, quality, and compliance requirements.
- Work with cross-functional teams in fast-paced semiconductor/R&D environments.
Key Skills:
