Agile Digital Project Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Agile Digital Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of digital transformation initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Agile project management, stakeholder engagement, and cross-functional team leadership.

This role requires managing multiple digital projects while ensuring alignment with business objectives, timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of digital and technology projects using Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, or hybrid approaches).
  • Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, dependencies, and resource allocation.
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives, and Backlog Refinement.
  • Partner with Product Owners and business stakeholders to define project goals, prioritize work, and align delivery with business value.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, release roadmaps, sprint schedules, and status reports.
  • Identify project risks, issues, and dependencies, and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Track project KPIs, sprint velocity, team capacity, burn-down charts, and delivery metrics.
  • Ensure project governance, compliance, and documentation standards are maintained.
  • Manage vendor and third-party deliverables when applicable.
  • Drive continuous improvement by promoting Agile best practices and delivery excellence.
  • Communicate project status, milestones, risks, and executive-level updates to leadership.
  • Support organizational change management and user adoption initiatives during digital transformation programs.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience delivering enterprise-scale digital transformation or software implementation projects.
  • Strong understanding of Agile frameworks including Scrum, Kanban, Lean, and SAFe.
  • Experience managing multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making abilities.
  • Experience working with globally distributed teams.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining delivery quality.
