Agile Delivery Manager

Summary: The Agile Delivery Manager role requires a professional with strong experience in managing agile projects within the public sector, particularly in central government. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end project delivery across multiple AI initiatives, ensuring milestones and objectives are met.
• Create and maintain delivery plans while managing sprint ceremonies, backlog, and iterative delivery processes.
• Coordinate with designers, engineers, researchers, and data specialists to ensure seamless workflows and sustained progress.
• Identify and manage risks, issues, and dependencies, escalating when necessary.
• Ensure deliverables meet required documentation, testing, and governance standards.
• Facilitate show-and-tell sessions, playback meetings, and regular progress updates for stakeholders.
• Oversee knowledge transfer and ensure all project artefacts are properly stored and handed over.
