Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Agile and Operating Model transformations for global financial enterprises.
- Coach business and technology leaders on Agile practices, including PI events and QBR.
- Create Agile-related documentation such as Playbooks, Reports, and Plans.
- Develop and deliver Agile training content in person or virtually.
- Utilize tools like Confluence and JIRA for collaboration and Agile adoption.
- Support teams in transitioning from Waterfall to Agile methodologies.
- Foster teamwork and influence to overcome resistance to change.
- Work alongside teams as needed to facilitate Agile practices.
Key Skills:

Proficient in Agile Methodologies; strong understanding of portfolio management and Agile ceremonies related to portfolio management
Experienced in launching and delivering Agile and Operating Model transformations for global financial enterprises with multiple portfolios
Strong understanding of the tool eco system that is needed for Agile adoption and maturity
Experienced in creating documents related to Agile adoption, e.g., Agile Playbooks, Reports, Plans, Requirements
Conversant with Confluence and JIRA; understands how they function and how they can be used as tools for collaboration and agile adoption
Strong experience launching, coaching and maturing new agile teams using either scrum or kanban at the team level and SAFe at the Program/Portfolio levels.
Experience coaching business and/or technology leaders on using new agile ways of working, including the PI event and QBR (OKRs also)
Experience developing agile training content and leading agile training classes in person or virtual
Helpful if background includes a Release Train Engineer, Product Owner or Scrum Master role in SAFe or Scrum@Scale
Demonstrated ability to drive transformation initiatives and to support functional teams. Must have hands-on and working level experience in -
