Summary: We are seeking an experienced Agile Coach to lead Agile transformation initiatives and guide teams in adopting Agile best practices throughout the organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in coaching cross-functional teams, Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and leadership in Agile methodologies. This role is crucial for enhancing Agile maturity and fostering a collaborative, high-performing Agile culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coach and mentor Agile teams, Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and stakeholders on Agile principles and best practices.
  • Drive Agile transformation initiatives across multiple teams and business units.
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Retrospectives, and PI Planning sessions.
  • Assess Agile maturity and recommend strategies for continuous improvement.
  • Guide teams in adopting Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, Lean, and other Agile frameworks.
  • Collaborate with leadership teams to align Agile practices with business goals and delivery strategies.
  • Identify and remove organizational impediments affecting Agile adoption and team productivity.
  • Promote Agile mindset, collaboration, transparency, and accountability across teams.
  • Support release planning, backlog management, estimation, and roadmap planning activities.
  • Develop Agile training materials, workshops, and coaching sessions for teams and stakeholders.
  • Track Agile metrics, team performance, and delivery effectiveness.
  • Ensure best practices for Agile delivery, governance, and process optimization.

Key Skills:

  • 10+ years of overall IT experience with strong Agile coaching expertise.
  • Hands-on experience coaching enterprise-level Agile transformations.
  • Strong knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, Lean, and SAFe frameworks.
  • Experience working with cross-functional distributed teams.
  • Strong facilitation, mentoring, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, Rally, or Azure DevOps.
