Summary: The Agile Coach role involves leading Agile transformations within an organization, requiring extensive experience in IT and project management. The position is primarily remote with rare travel to Dallas, TX or Oakwood, TX. Candidates should possess strong knowledge of Agile frameworks and excellent communication skills. A minimum of 10 years of experience, including 5 years specifically as an Agile Coach, is required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead enterprise-level Agile transformations.
• Facilitate Agile practices and frameworks such as Scrum, SAFe, Kanban, and XP.
• Manage stakeholder relationships and communication effectively.
• Provide coaching and guidance to teams on Agile methodologies.
• Support the implementation of Agile processes across the organization.

Key Skills:

• 10+ years of overall IT/project management experience.
• 5+ years of experience as an Agile Coach.
• Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban, XP).
• Hands-on experience in enterprise-level Agile transformations.
• Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• SAFe Program Consultant (SPC) or similar Agile certifications preferred.
