Summary: The Agile Coach Consultant role is a long-term remote position requiring over 8 years of experience in Agile coaching, particularly in healthcare or regulated industries. The consultant will be responsible for facilitating Agile practices and ensuring effective delivery using tools like Rally and Jira. Key Responsibilities:

Key Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field.
• Certified SAFe Program Consultant (SPC), SAFe Agilist (SA), or equivalent Agile certification.
• 10+ years of experience in Agile coaching and delivery.
• Hands-on experience with Rally and/or Jira administration.
• Strong understanding of SAFe, Scrum, and Agile principles.
• Experience with integrated planning tools (e.g., PPM, Smartsheet, Aha!).
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
