Summary: Our client, a top-tier consultancy, is seeking three Agile Business Analysts for a six-month contract. The role involves collaborating with stakeholders to gather and prioritize business requirements while working within Agile delivery teams. The position emphasizes adherence to GDS service standards and the development of product roadmaps and user stories. Candidates should have a strong background in government or public sector projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, document, and prioritize business requirements.
• Work within Agile delivery teams to define user needs, journeys, and acceptance criteria.
• Ensure alignment with GDS service standards and best practices.
• Support the development of product roadmaps, epics, and user stories.
• Conduct gap analysis and identify areas for process improvement.
• Facilitate workshops, stakeholder meetings, and requirement-gathering sessions.
• Collaborate with UX/UI teams to enhance digital service design.
• Assist in defining success metrics and evaluating service performance.

Key Skills:

• Strong experience as a Business Analyst in government or public sector projects.
• Knowledge of GDS service design principles and GDS assessment processes.
• Experience working in an Agile environment (Scrum/Kanban).
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to write clear user stories and define acceptance criteria.
