Summary: Our client, a top-tier consultancy, is seeking two Business Analysts for a six-month contract. The role involves collaborating with stakeholders and development teams to gather and document business requirements while ensuring alignment with GDS service standards and Agile practices. The position requires strong analytical skills and experience in user research and process mapping. This is an opportunity to contribute to product and service design in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with stakeholders, product owners, and development teams to elicit and document business requirements.
  • Facilitate workshops, interviews, and user research to gather insights and define user needs.
  • Translate business requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows.
  • Ensure all work aligns with GDS service standards and Agile best practices.
  • Support product and service design by providing data-driven insights and recommendations.
  • Work with developers and testers to ensure clear communication and shared understanding of requirements.
  • Conduct gap analysis, impact assessments, and business process mapping to improve service delivery.
  • Collaborate with delivery managers, UX designers, and technical teams to ensure successful implementation.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives) and contribute to continuous improvement.

Key Skills:

  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst in an Agile environment.
  • Strong understanding of GDS principles, service standards, and assessment processes.
  • Experience in user research, stakeholder engagement, and requirements gathering.
  • Ability to create user stories, process flows, and data models.
  • Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Miro, or Trello.
  • Experience working within multidisciplinary teams, including developers, UX designers, and delivery managers.
  • Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
