Local to Chicago preferred Open to remote for the right person. Occasional Travel on-site as needed.
Duration 1 year + extensions Required Skills:
We ve also done extensive work over the last several months on use case identification, pod structure/roles, and governance. Our aim is to augment the existing team with outside consultants specifically FDE and agentic process resources with a player/coach mindset so our engineers build these skills over the next 6 12 months.

Areas we are investing in
A) Fuel Back Office automation (primary focus)
Automation of back office work currently handled by the BPO team leveraging agentic capabilities and lightweight automation where appropriate. The intent is to redesign workflows to be agentic-ready (not simply automate the as-is process), without overengineering.
B) UDH.ai Conversational AI on Fuel data (secondary / expansion)
Over the last 8 months we ve made strong progress enabling conversational AI on Fuel data (data ingestion, context setting, and model enablement). We want to augment this team to help deploy agents that can interact with additional sources and UDH.ai (data lake).
